Oh, I’m glad I got that meeting over with on Monday. It was worse than I thought it would be but whatever, it’s done.

I need to do a huge shout out to Alyssa cause today (Friday 14th) is her birthday and she’s awesome! I’ve known her since she was a little baby. I love this girl like she’s my own daughter.I got her a Hannah Montana doll, not because Miley’s hot but because she likes her.

Anyway, I just wanted to say whats up and that I’m doing alright. But for now, it’s bedtime. SHA!

Ms. Cleveland singled him out on nearly a daily basis by making jokes, comments and innuendos about her perception of his sexual orientation. “His fence swings both ways”, “his boat floats in a different direction than the rest of the guys in the class.” And “Would you like to have [another allegedly gay student] go with you so he can sit in the stall next to you and stomp his foot?” were among Ms. Cleveland’s comments. Ms. Cleveland made her comments in front of other students and allowed them to laugh, and would share her comments with Mr. Filson.

When Cleveland learned that the student was doing a report on Ben Franklin for her class, she made comments in front of the class that implied that the student had a “thing for older men”.

When Cleveland’s class was watching the 1989 film, Christmas Vacation, Cleveland covered the screen during a swimming pool/bathing suit scene and commented, “It’s OK if [the student perceived to be gay] watches this because he isn’t into that sort of thing anyway… maybe if it was a guy.”

Law enforcement teacher Walter Filson would repeat, add his own jokes, and allow other students in the class to joke about the boy’s perceived sexual orientation. Filson said the boy should be in a fashion show because he enjoyed wearing women’s clothes.

When another student presented a report in Filson’s class regarding a deer that had been molested, a student said, “Hey, Mr. Filson, doesn’t that sound like something [the student perceived to be gay] would do?” Filson allegedly agreed and laughed.

After students came to Filson’s classroom seeking male participates for a fashion show, Filson stated, “Take [the student perceived to be gay] because he enjoys wearing woman’s clothes… he would love to be in the show.”

The Anoka Hennepin school district acknowledged that the minor had been subjected to regular comments, jokes and innuendo about his perceived sexual orientation, but maintained that the district had adequately responded to the situation. They also argued that the student’s decision to transfer to another school outside the district was voluntary.

The state’s investigation done by the Department of Human Rights showed that the school district ignored the student’s parent’s request that her son be removed from the teacher’s classrooms. The teachers were still permitted to continue bullying the two students, and many more from Anoka High School. The student was forced to transfer to a school 25 miles from home to escape the harassment.

Anoka-Hennepin School District agreed to pay the student’s family $25,000 although they deny that they violated the state’s Human Rights Act and said the settlement does not mean it acknowledges any wrongdoing. So basically, they’re saying it’s okay for teachers to bully students. The two teachers remain employed in the district. Read the legal report!

I totally believe it, I took Law Enforcement at STEP and both of those teachers are jerks. Mr. Filson is a stuck up douche who needs anger management. He hits kids over the head with rulers, kicks students, and throws stuff at them. I wish that asshole would’ve been fired.

Allow me to be unpopular and state the truth. I heard the blather on HLN about Miley on a stripping pole and the discussion on how it’ll effect teenagers. I mean, such sexuality on television must have some effect….right?

Parents, I have a shocker for you. If you have a kid above the age of 13 they are probably already gratifying themselves. As a teen I had a boner about 80% of the day and anything would trigger it; a small glimpse of butt-crack on an attractive girl, seeing a little leg on a crush I had during class, leaves falling softly, and empty soda cans. Your kids are masturbating, maybe even right now. Maybe to Miley Cyrus, maybe to the Land-o-lake’s butter girl (guys will get that joke better), maybe even to their *gasp* imaginations.

Taking Miley off the television won’t prevent the wankification of the teenage nation. Nothing will. You might as well try to stop the world from spinning.

Its like if you don’t like it then stop talking about it and republishing it for more to see. It’s common sence folks! But still, not showing a girl dancing on a pole for three seconds isn’t going to make your children less horny. That’s just how they are. It’s normal. There is a differance between being horny and stripping in the back alley for money. Learn what’s healthy and what’s not. Why is it okay for them to jerk off to those everyday things mentioned above but not something small they saw in the media?

I was finally convinced to kill myself riding the Steel Venom…I ended up uncontrollably swearing (and yelling) through the entire ride. Sorry to those parents who got pissed but you really shouldn’t be letting your little kids go on a ride that feels like it’s gonna kill you, there’s gonna be swearing. It basically brings you up in a vertical spiral then drops you back down and does that about four times. It seems like it goes from 0 to 68 in 1 second so the beginning is a little scary but after that, it’s not that bad at all.

Did I mention the first ride we went on was the Wild Thing…it’s pretty bad ass since it ran off the track and injured those 17 kids or whatever back in the day. Anyway, we ended up going on pretty much all the roller coasters about 5 times each.

The food was expensive as expected, $4 for a bottle of soda, all the employees are bored out of their mind, bitchy and crabby. You’ll probably get sunburned, whiplash, an almost broken back, sore legs, tired, and an empty wallet but all that is so worth it! Oh, you also might get mugged, and there’s a lot of creepy old guys there. Just be careful.
